The service is offered as 24hrs. However they left to come with me at night and did not arrive until the next morning arguing a mishap with their technician. They gave me a cost for changing the combination of the lock and in the end they replaced the entire sheet without my consent. The full service was paid even when they left me the screws hanging arguing that they are not blacksmiths. And if that was not enough they took my sheet completely functional, that is, the one they replaced and at the moment the person who attends to WhatsApp is requested for the return for being rude and uneducated. A lot, because they see that you are a woman and they take advantage!!!!
